Introducing Kaye and Bob Hay, The Hay Team.
We are a husband and wife real estate team who have been Realtors for over 20 years, both at the New Jersey Shore and before that we sold houses on the Main Line suburbs outside of Philadelphia.
Several years ago our passion for the Shore led us to move to our Shore home full-time where we have been busy selling homes from Sea Isle south to Cape May including Avalon and Stone Harbor. We also have developed a strong market in the beach communities along the Delaware Bay, such as North Cape May, Del Haven, Cape May Beach and Villas.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kaye was a university history professor at the University of Vermont and a vice president of several bank trust departments - PNC, First Fidelity Bank, Girard Bank, etc. Bob in his earlier life was also a bank vice president for several banks - Merchants Bank in Allentown, First Eastern Bank in Wilkes-Barre and Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia.
Bob is a real estate broker in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Kaye has her masters degree in American History and CFSC (Chartered Financial Services Counselor) from the American Bankers Association. Together The Hay Team has earned a number of real estate honors such as a Sterling Society Award, Circle of Excellence Award and Chairman's Circle Award for their top real estate production.
We love living at the Shore and helping other families find their special home here.
